Nevskaya Palitra Studio Honey-Based Watercolours are quite popular among students and young artists who use enjoy lower prices and better quality, as well as among artists who take this set to plain air.

As with any other paint, watercolours consist of pigments and binders. Apart from expensive paints, honey-based watercolours are made of pigments, honey, and dextrin (corn glue), and contain no phenol or formaldehyde (quite toxic chemicals). All these provide bright colours, semi-moist, but not too soft consistency.

Each round contains 2.5 ml of paint. For more convenient storage paints are stacked into 2 tiers and the lid of the paints is actually a palette for mixing colours that can be easily detached for cleaning.
