Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping

We ship worldwide, however, the website processes orders to Canada and the USA only due to differences in regulations for different countries. If your shipping address is outside Canada and the USA please contact us for arrangements.

Normally, we process all orders within 2 business days.

Shipping Fees

Shipping to Quebec and Ontario $8.99+ tax, free for orders $75+*

Shipping to the rest of Canada $10.50+ tax, free for orders $100+*

Shipping to the USA $15, free for orders $150+*

* – before taxes and after all discounts

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you made a purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund, only store credit can be issued. All shipping fees are non-refundable. We normally issue refunds within 3 business days. It takes 5-7 business days before you can see a transaction in your online banking after the refund is processed.  Please read the conditions below.

Non-refundable items

We’re sorry, but some items are not refundable due to current regulations:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Original artworks
  • Personal health items
  • Cosmetic goods
  • Items sensitive to storage conditions
  • Clearance items (items sold with a discount of 25% or more)

If you changed your mind

If you changed your mind or realized you bought the wrong product, please contact us at info@artmaterials.ca as soon as possible, before we ship it. If the item has been already shipped we can’t modify your order or cancel it. But you can proceed with a return process. Let us know which items you don’t want anymore and we will send you a return shipping label. Once we receive your shipment, we’ll issue a refund within 3 business days to your original method of payment. The shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

If the item is defective

Items may be defective due to the manufacturer’s fault. Please contact us with your problem and we’ll either ship you a new item at no cost or issue a full refund for the item. 

If some items are missing

If you ordered something and it’s not in your parcel, please check the package thoroughly. Some items may be wrapped in paper, which can be easily mixed up with packaging materials. It happens that our clients through away items with packaging materials and find the items later in the recycling bin. If there is still no items that you ordered, please let us know and we go from that (we may resend the mission items, or refund them, or substitute them – by your choice).

If the box arrived damaged

We ship all items with Canada Post and all shipping is insured for up to $100. If your box was damaged when you received it, please let us know as soon as possible and take pictures with evidence.
