Description
Dartecor is one handmade oil paint that you can find at ArtMaterials.CA shop. Leonel da Costa is the founder and artesian behind Dartecor. His education and specialty belong to conservation and restoration, which enables him to dig deep into a multidisciplinary set of skills and the ability to critically analyze materials, their behaviours and compatibilities.
Premium handmade oil paints
Premium-grade oil paints mean the high-end quality of the paints themselves and the artist’s painting. So paints must be permanent, with archival quality colour retention. Dartecor paints have a very high pigment load, vibrant and intense colours, soft creamy consistency and high lightfastness.
Mono pigment oil paints
All Dartecor oil paints are mono-pigment, meaning every tube contains only one pigment inside. With this approach paints come out with strong and pure colours, providing more predictable blending and mixing. More power. Less mess.
Lightfastness
Every pigment is selected by DARTECOR to provide permanent not-fading colours. All colours of the palette here have the highest grade of lightfastness.
Each tube contains 37 ml of paint.
Hand-made in Portugal, imported directly from the manufacturer.
