Every year Federation of Canadian Artists offers educational programs for public and RUSART was happy to support artists and their retreat this year.
The Retreat is the Federation of Canadian Artist’s largest educational and social event of the year. Even though 2021 is still a pandemic year, FCA managed to make it happen.
The 2021 Retreat took place at 70 Mile House, British Columbia where we will be residing at the Flying U, Canada’s oldest continually running ranch. Participants experienced some of the most beautiful plein air painting locations Northern BC has to offer!
In the company of four Master Instructors (Janice Robertson, Maria Josenhans, Kit Bell and Ann Willsie) artists spent 6 days creating, developing and polishing art skills, while painting en plein air.
All participants received gifts, samples and gift cards from RUSART.
Supporting artists is very important to RUSART and we’re planning to keep working together with FCA, as for many years.
