RUSART Deco Smooth Lime Plaster for fresco painting is also good for a wall and ceiling finish made from magnesium-grade limestone. Use it for your fresco painting, wall decoration or other creative projects.
Use one part of the powder by volume with 2 parts of water. Add water into the powder (not powder to water). Mix well.
Smooth Lime Plaster is a thin top-coat plaster typically applied in thicknesses of 1-2 mm per layer. Apply with a palette knife or a trowel creating a desired surface and thickness. Allow 3-5 days for curing per coat.
Stir well before use.
Always use protective equipment: glasses and a face mask.

One of the key properties of lime is that it’s made of very fine particles, much smaller than, for example, cement. This makes lime plaster long-lasting and more flexible.
If you practice fresco painting, that’s the best choice. Use one part of the powder by volume with 2 parts of water. Add water into the powder (not powder to water). Mix well.
