Watercolor brushes are delicate, as they are softer than other types of brushes. We often buy them with a sharp point, only to see the shape deteriorate quickly. However, proper care can extend the life of your brushes and enhance your painting experience.

How to care for your brushes:

  • Wash your brushes with warm water.

  • Dry your brushes horizontally to prevent water and paint residue from seeping into the ferrule.
