Yasutomo Silverpoint Drawing Tool

Silverpoint is a traditional artistic technique where silver is utilized to draw on a specially prepared surface, resulting in a unique drawing with traces of the metal. Over time, silverpoint drawings develop warmer tones as they tarnish. Yasutomo’s Silverpoint Drawing Tools feature a black 5 1/2″ long wooden handle designed in an elegant bamboo shape for a comfortable grip.

The 1mm wide 99% silver point is bevelled to accommodate various drawing techniques and line thicknesses (also available in 2mm). The tips, measuring 9mm (3/8″) long, can be easily removed by unscrewing them from the handles and replaced with Yasutomo silverpoint refills. These tools are packaged in a white box with a gray foam insert and a clear plastic sleeve, allowing customers to view the complete product. The box includes a hang tab for convenient display.
