Kolos Milk flat paint brushes (1108B) are a good alternative to natural hog bristle for many reasons.
First of all, these brushes are synthetic man-made, which means no cruelty. The handle is long and made from wood, nicely painted in black and red colours with a pleasant look and touch.
Kolos Milk flat brushes are very durable artist’s grade brushes with an ivory stiff bristle. This kind of hair works perfectly for heavy paints, like acrylic and oil. Although hair is quite stiff, it’s softer than natural hog bristle and due to longer hair size that smoothens your pressure on a brush.

Best oil synthetic brushes I’ve ever had! Long lasting, very reliable and very good quality for the price.
They are stiff enough for oil but more flexible than bristle brushes that helps me to have more control over the shape of the strokes and gradual blending of the colors.
