Description

The Flat Sword Striper Brush is a high-quality brush designed with HIDRO® synthetic fiber, a nickel-plated brass ferrule, and an extra-short wooden handle. Its patented HIDRO® fiber is soft and micro-perforated, allowing it to absorb significant amounts of diluted water and medium. The brush tip is elongated and can thicken into a “leaf” shape when pressure is applied.

This range of brushes comes with two different handle options: a regular length handle (781 series) and an extra short handle (780 series) specifically designed for pinstriping and decoration. The extra short handle offers improved handling and precision. The brush provides a fine, continuous, and fluid stroke, even during directional changes. When pressure is applied, it opens up to create a large flat and oblique track. By alternating between pressure and lightness, you can achieve soft curves, very long and thin lines, as well as large, sinuous, and thick strokes.

The brush works perfectly for thin diluted and semi-diluted media such as watercolours or enamels and different surfaces: paper, metal, ceramic or wood.
