Orders placed on artmaterials.ca can be shipped to Canadian addresses only.
All orders are shipped via external carrier: Canada Post or UPS (by customer’s choice). The parcel must be received and the delivery slip signed. The shipping address must be the same as a billing address. For post boxes deliveries Canada Post must be used as a carrier. All payment transaction must be completed and accepted before RUSART Art Supplies ships your order.
That’s buyer’s responsibility to check shipping address. In case of shipping to a wrong shipping address due to buyer’s mistake RUSART Art Supplies will charge the buyer the amount our carrier has charged us for the back delivery.
Delivery of your order is subject to the terms and conditions of the carrier. If you are absent when your order is delivered, it will be your responsibility to pick up your parcel as specified by the rules of the carrier. Your order will be shipped to the address provided when you place your order. Shipping fees are calculated per order, not per item. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible once your order is accepted and approved. Delivery time may vary depending on the availability of products in stock.

Delivery time depends on the destination of the parcel plus 1-3 business days for processing. As soon as we ship your parcel you will be notified by email, along with tracking number. Standard delivery time: 2 to 10 business days; however, additional shipping delays may apply for remote areas. You can track your parcel on the carrier’s web-site at any time.
